The latest Y36 is located right next to the Whampoa and Ho Man Tin MTR stations, only a 6-8 minute walk away. It is near Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, City University of Hong Kong, and Hong Kong Baptist University.

It offers 61 rooms, with three units per floor, and has a 24-hour security system. The target is to provide safe and highly private accommodation services for university students and recent graduates. The apartments have single and double rooms, equipped with a kitchen, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and high-speed WiFi.
